If someone is trying to tell you what to think, they are usually full of shit.

Forget about trying to tell people anything. Better to just provide the links to things and let them figure it out for themselves. Even people who want you to tell them what you've learned will not benefit much from what you say if you just tell them everything. Knowledge without effort is meaningless because the one in possession of that EZ knowledge would then lack the understanding to use it properly.
